Billing 1Where these terms apply

These Membership & Billing Terms cover paid access, auto-renewable subscriptions, trials, introductory offers, and other in-app purchases offered by Hiitv on iOS. They supplement the Terms of Use. Completing a purchase or using a paid benefit means you accept both documents.

Billing 2What a plan includes

A plan may provide premium viewing, member-only or early access, enhanced playback, account tools, reduced ads, or an ad-free experience only when the purchase screen says so. Benefits differ across products and may depend on region, device, app version, account status, content rights, and technical conditions. The description shown before purchase controls.

Billing 3Price and payment

• The App Store shows the current price, currency, taxes where applicable, billing interval, and product description before confirmation.
• Apple charges the payment method connected to your Apple ID after you authorize the purchase.
• Prices and available products may vary by territory, tax, currency, promotion, and Apple account.
• Hiitv receives transaction and entitlement information but not your full card number or Apple ID password.

Billing 4How renewal works

An auto-renewable subscription continues for successive periods unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge your Apple ID account during the 24 hours preceding renewal. The App Store purchase screen and subscription settings display the renewal period and price. If payment or verification fails, paid access may be interrupted.

Billing 5How to stop future charges

Manage or cancel the subscription through iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Hiitv, or through Apple’s subscription management interface. Apple may revise the labels or navigation. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while leaving benefits active through the already-paid period.

Deleting Hiitv or closing a Hiitv account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel with Apple separately to stop renewal.

Billing 6Trials and special offers

The purchase screen explains the duration, eligibility, conversion price, and limits of a free trial, introductory rate, or promotion. Unless you cancel according to Apple’s rules before a trial expires, Apple may convert it into a paid subscription. Eligibility can be restricted by Apple ID, account, region, device, or previous use.

Billing 7Restoring access

If an active purchase is not recognized, select “Restore Purchases” inside Hiitv where available. Restoration depends on using the Apple ID that made the purchase, a working network connection, Apple’s records, and successful entitlement verification. If benefits are tied to a Hiitv profile, first sign in to the correct profile.

Billing 8Refunds

Apple controls refunds for App Store transactions. Submit a request through Apple’s Report a Problem service or Apple Support. Hiitv cannot issue or promise an App Store refund. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Billing 9Misuse of membership

Membership is for personal, lawful use. Do not resell access, manipulate receipts, interfere with entitlement verification, exploit promotions, or circumvent account or plan restrictions. Fraudulent or abusive use may lead to loss of benefits or account action, subject to law.

Billing 10Product and price changes

We may revise future plan availability, labels, features, promotional rules, or prices in response to licensing, product, legal, tax, platform, or operational changes. Apple will provide notice or request consent for subscription price changes when its rules or applicable law require it.

Billing 11Order of terms and revisions

If these terms conflict with the general Terms of Use on a paid-product issue, this document controls for that issue. We may update these terms and will identify the current version by its effective date. Material changes receive additional notice where required.
