Delete Your Hiitv Account

Step 1Send your request

Use the account deletion control inside Hiitv if one is available. Alternatively, email support@hiitv.xyz from the address connected to the account. Use the subject “Hiitv Account Deletion” and include your account email or Hiitv user ID. Never include your password, Apple ID password, or payment-card details.

Step 2Confirm account ownership

We may reply with a verification step to confirm that the request comes from the account holder. Any verification information is used to authenticate and process the request. If we cannot verify ownership, we will explain what additional information is needed.

Step 3Understand what is removed

After a valid request is confirmed, we will delete or de-identify the account and personal information that is no longer needed. Depending on the features you used, this can include profile details, preferences, favorites, viewing history, and account-linked activity.

Step 4Understand limited retention

Some records may be kept when law permits or requires it, including limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, legal-claim, and support records. We restrict retained records to those purposes and remove or anonymize them when retention is no longer justified. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until overwritten during the regular backup cycle.

Separate actionCancel an Apple subscription

Account deletion does not stop recurring App Store charges. Before deleting the account, open iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Hiitv and cancel the subscription. Apple normally leaves purchased benefits active until the current billing period ends.

CompletionTiming and confirmation

We will acknowledge and complete a verified request within the period required by applicable law. When processing is complete, we will send confirmation or explain any lawful delay or record that must be retained. Account deletion may be irreversible.
